What to do when involved in an accident:

Should an accident occur please call 1-888-224-5677.
We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A representative is waiting to assist you
  • Immediately report the accident to the police if anyone is injured and/or if the damages to the vehicles exceed $1000
  • If possible- safely drive your vehicle out of traffic and exchange information with the other drivers
  • If the vehicle needs to be towed- a tow truck will take your vehicle to the Collision Reporting Centre. Please contact us from there and we can instruct you on next steps.
  • Do not admit fault for the accident- please just exchange information.

    from all other drivers involved:
  • Names
  • Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Drivers License number
  • Insurance Company name & policy number
  • Year / Make & Model of the vehicles involved
  • Obtain information from any witnesses
  • Contact us as soon as possible after the accident
  • Refrain from authorizing any repairs until coverage can be confirmed
